A Chemo Kit consist of:

• a shirt with zipper at the collar on the side of the patient's mediport. This zipper allows for easier access to the port when receiving treatment!

• a "Cancer Card"

• a sticker with our logo!

• Pamphlet with information about Wrapped In Hope and a list of our sponsors.

• Other Items as Stock allows!
